



Feeling totally overwhelmed today. It's 4am and I can't sleep. I have a to-do-list that could shadow the Dec of Independance. I think I'd better unsub/no mail a few groups etc today before I commit harikari. WL is going super. 171 this am. Would like to reach 169 before end of August, which will a decrease in my BMI to 30. Takes me out of the obese category. I hate that word. Even saying the word is disgusting! 171/200/120
| Friday Fun 1. What are you most fortunate for, right now at this stage in your life? My children. They are everything to me! Ron-He is the hardest working person I know. He would always take care of us/provide for us no matter what. Molly-She reminds me what it is like to to be a teenager again, and why I am glad that I am not. Erin-She has such passion for things in life. She is so carefree and keeps me grounded. Jax-He is the sunshine in all our lives, and is a living example of why adoption is so special. WL has slowed to a crawl but not giving up, I feel more motivated that ever! Need to increase my Phen dose again, and get active again. I think I can still make the 170# for the 22nd, if I get moving. State Fair this week, so it has been nuts! I am getting overwhelmed again, esp with some of my online commitments, may need to cut back. Once school starts the 1st of September, things should calm a bit. I am wearing my size 16 Wranglers again, which is a good feeling. They aren't even all that tight! I bought a pair of Tommy H size 12 as a motivator. They look so comfy, I can hardly wait until they fit! Still have a long way to go on the WL, but my energy is high. I think I am keeping the Slim Fast people in business.

!Back from vacation on Monday, phew! Has taken til today (Friday) to get my poop grouped. Not a very relaxing trip with 3 teenagers and a toddler, but the kids enjoyed it. That is really what counts. Gained 4#, but am back to 175.5# today and AF here. So things looking good that way. Likely won't make my 170# goal by Monday, but will be close. Hate to get off track too far, as I really like the Christmas deadline idea. 160# is a huge (mini) goal weight for me 'cause I was there 4 or so years ago. I am gonna celebrate at 106#, just need to decide what my prize will be! Crazy weekend coming up, lots to do. Better stock up on SF bars, apples, and diet sprite today.

Lilly and I are off to Yellowstone this weekend. Actually we are leaving in the am on Thurs. Will stay on diet plan as much as possible, but will have to eat some real food (other than Slim Fast bars), so I expect a small amount of gain. Likely won't weigh-in this Mon as will be bad news!
